2. Purchaser Certification, Representation & Warranties

4. Order Acceptance, Identity Verification & Right to Refuse

6. Indemnification & Absolute Limitation of Liability

The Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AuraSignal Peptides, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, suppliers, logistics partners, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, penalties, fines, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Any handling, storage, transport, unintended release, or improper disposal of the purchased compounds.
• Any non-compliance with these Terms of Sale or regulatory directives.
• Any unauthorized administration to humans or animals, whether accidental or intentional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AURASIGNAL PEPTIDES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR RESEARCH INTERRUPTIONS, ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTION OR HANDLING OF PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL MONETARY AMOUNT PAID BY THE BUYER FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER IN DISPUTE.
